ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Ostrom Project website (the "Site"), you agree to abide by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

By submitting User Content, you grant The Ostrom Project a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in District of Columbia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Site after the new terms come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
